CVA Football Prep Summer 2026
Bigger. Faster. Stronger. Built for Football.

HIT THE GROUND RUNNING
CVA Football Prep. Ages 8 to 13. Starts May 19
At the start of every football season the first month is wasted just getting kids in shape. Coaches spend weeks on conditioning instead of installing plays and building a gameplan.
CVA Football Prep changes that. Athletes show up to camp already strong, already fast, and already conditioned. Coaches can coach football from day one instead of running kids into the ground trying to get them ready.
That is the difference between a team that competes in week one and a team that is still catching up.
You Cannot Skip the Order
Strength first. Then speed. Then conditioning. This is how we become ready for the season.
Phase 1: Strength
You cannot be fast without being strong first. May builds the base everything else runs on.
Phase 2: Speed
Strength is now in place. June turns that foundation into explosive speed and agility.
Phase 3: Conditioning and Skills
Now we put it all together. July is where athletes show up to camp ready to dominate.

This program is tough. It is designed to be physically and mentally demanding because that is exactly what football demands. Athletes will be pushed beyond what is comfortable. They will learn to compete when they are tired, execute when it is hard, and show up when it would be easier not to. Every trial they face on a football field this season will be something they have already faced in this program.
If your athlete is not ready to be challenged this is not the right fit. If they are ready to do the work this is exactly where they need to be.
