I played offensive line at Utah State University for five years. Three year starter. Team captain. Four consecutive bowl game appearances. 39 games. 28 starts. I know what it takes to compete at a high level because I did it.

After playing I spent years at USU as Director of Player Development working directly inside a D1 program. I oversaw academic monitoring, NIL education, life skills programming, college recruiting guidance, and athlete development from the inside. I was not watching from the stands. I was in the building every day.

Before that I worked as a youth counselor at Second Nature Wilderness Therapy with teenagers ages 12 to 18 in high stakes environments. I understand kids. I understand teenagers. I know how to build trust, push people past what they think they are capable of, and develop athletes who are confident not just in the gym but in life.

I also trained under elite sports performance coaches at JMP Performance in Salt Lake City and Stroformance in Lehi. I have an Exercise Science degree from Utah State University.

I built Cache Valley Athletes because this valley deserves elite training. I am a father of three boys. This community is my home. Every kid who walks through my door gets everything I have.
